In the Data Browser, you can perform simple cross tabulations between a single variable, such as a diagnosis of diabetes in electronic health record data, and either sex or age. To find these cross tabulations, search for a keyword, like “diabetes,” and click on the relevant results. The section will then open to display a cross tabulation bar graph with sex. You can select “age” to see the bar graph for specific age ranges.
