Breast Cancer data and Existing Expression Data
Scientific Questions Being Studied
Currently the lab has an expression data set from late stage breast cancer. The goal of this workspace is to generate a methodology that will allow for the integration of data from the AllofUs data base with the existing expression data. Possible methodologies look at variant calling and variant allele frequency.

The plan is to look at the available genetic data and genetic analysis tool to call variants in the genes that correlate with the expression dataset.
Anticipated Findings
If a set methodology for how to use the existing genomic data with the expression data can be developed, then it can be applied to different diseases.

This study will not center on underrepresented populations.
