SEQanalysis

We plan to use genomic and phenotypic data to identify variants or genes associated with neuropsychiatric and substance use disorders.

Scientific Questions Being Studied

We plan to use genomic and phenotypic data to identify variants or genes associated with neuropsychiatric and substance use disorders.

Project Purpose(s)

  • Disease Focused Research (Neuropsychiatric and substance use disorders, and comorbid conditions.)
  • Population Health
  • Social / Behavioral
  • Educational
  • Methods Development
  • Control Set
  • Ancestry

Scientific Approaches

We plan to analyze whole-genome-sequencing data using current bioinformatics tools.

Anticipated Findings

We anticipate that this study will identify additional genetic markers associated with these disorders. These results will help better understand the genetic architecture of these disorders.

Demographic Categories of Interest

This study will not center on underrepresented populations.
